WARRANTY:
Subject to the plant (Evapoler units) being operated properly, the machinery covered by this contract carries a warranty against defective materials or workmanship for a period of eighteen months from the date of taking over the completed job by the customer or for a period of 24 months from the date of bringing the equipment to the site, whichever ends earlier. We agree to replace such parts which may prove defective and which do not fail from neglect or misuse of faulty operations. This warranty does not extend to consequential damage or loss, is null & void if repairs & modifications are carried out without our approval in writing. An additional warranty of 5 years is provided on the polymer body of the air cooling machine but it does not cover any physical damage or theft of any of the body part.
SERVICES:
Spare Parts are available all-round the year and any service call would be attended by our service engineer within 72 hours irrespective of the location of the customer
